I was messing around during class with photoshop and decided to try out the other brush sets that came with the program. Lo and Behold! The dry media ones are kinda fun. See the experiment I did ^__^

1. Listen and repeat the dialogue
2. Breakdown the dialogue apart
3. Plan your action poses and movement in thumbnails...{ask for suggestions and comments)
4. Draw a few options of poses in a simple and clear method to deliver the message.
5. If you are satisfied with your thumbnail poses, blow it up and start to clean up the drawings.
6. Enjoy the Animating!
Assignment:
All assignment must drawn in 3D digital ToonBoom studio.
1. Create a character sheet based on a humanistic figure.
The style is up to you but it must be appealing and simple to animate.
Final Character sheet should be present;
a) Complete with colour.
b) Complete Mouth Chart/ Lip Sync (M, A, AH, E, F,O,U, and L) in separate layer.
c) Complete eye blink in separate layer.
2. Choose one(1) existing dialogue given and animate yourself as the subject saying it.
You must have mouth and facial movement in sync with the sound clip. Final animation clip should be present;
a) Basic animation principles applied.
b) Strong poses and a believable acting.
c) Extra creativity such as adding background and props.
d) Export as a Quicktime base on format 768x576 read in 25 frames per second.
Due date to complete : 3 weeks
Points maybe taken off for incomplete task and absent.

Most peopel didn't finish their holiday homework for the previous walkcycle so we are all fixing it in class. I'm experimenting with a sad person's walk cycle now. Maybe even a pregnant lady. Dunno, depends on how it wants to turn out. More like the sad person.
